Mumbai, July 26 (Reporter) Snapping a losing streak of last five sessions, the BSE sensex on Friday regained 550 pts at 80,590.48 in opening session as buying was seen across the board. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 191.70 pts to 24,597.80. The BSE registered intra days high and low at 80,628.99 and 80,013.60 pts respectively. The NSE registered days high and low at 24,610.15 and 24,410.90 pts respectively. The Mid Cap rose 1.61 pc and Small Cap by 1.06 pc. In 30 scrips, 23 advanced while 7 declined. The gainers were Bharti Airtel by 3.48 pc to Rs 1499.85, Tata Steel by 2.89 pc to Rs 162, Infosys by 2.59 pc to Rs 1872.55 and JSW Steel by 2.40 pc to Rs 895.35. The losers were Tech Mahindra by 1.10 pc to Rs 1513.30, HDFC Bank by 0.95 pc to Rs 1601, Nestle India Ltd by 0.71 pc to Rs 2462.90 and Hind Unilever by 0.54 pc to Rs 2694.75...////...
