Mumbai, Nov 29 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Friday surged 383 points to 79,425 in the opening session as buying was seen across the board. The Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) moved up 133.55 points at 24,047.70. The NSE registered days high and low at 24,072.15 and 23,927.15 points respectively. The Sensex registered intraday highs at 79,534.36 and 79,026.18 points. The Mid cap rose 0.36 pc and Small cap by 0.32 pc. In 30 scrips, 27 advanced while 3 declined. The gainers were M & M by 1.72 pc to Rs 2949.80, Sun Pharma by 1.67 pc to Rs 1764.05, Adani Ports by 1.55 pc to Rs 1185.05 and Bharti Airtel by 1.21 pc to Rs 1579.20. The losers were Powergrid by 0.97 pc to Rs 330.50, ITC by 0.21 pc to Rs 474.15 and Infosys by 0.02 pc to Rs 1857.10...////...
