Mumbai, July 12 (Reporter) The BSE Sensex on Friday surged 102 pts at 79,999 in opening trade as buying was seen in FMCG, Health Care and Commodities stocks. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 51.20 pts to 24,367. The NSE registered days high and low at 24,440.75 and 24,331.15 pts respectively. In 30 scrips, 15 advanced while 15 declined. The Mid cap gained 0.22 pc and small cap by 0.32 pc. The gainers were TCS by 2.96 pc to Rs 4034.80, Infosys by 2 pc to Rs 1686.05, Tech Mahindra by 1.49 pc to Rs 1480.55 and Axis Bank by 1.41 pc to Rs 1315.05. The losers were Asian paints by 1.10 pc to Rs 2990.05, Bharti Airtel by 1.10 pc to Rs 1423.20, Maruti Suzuki by 1.02 pc to Rs 12584 and Sun Pharma by 0.74 pc to Rs 1571.50...////...
