New Delhi, May 8 (Reporter) Amid raging controversy over his 'racist' remarks, Indian Overseas Congress Chairman Sam Pitroda has resigned from the key post. "Mr. Sam Pitroda has decided to step down as Chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress of his own accord. The Congress President has accepted his decision," Congress General Secretary in-charge Communications Jairam Ramesh said in a post on 'X'. Days after Pitroda advocated an inheritance law in the country triggering massive row in the middle of general elections, he in his latest remarks stated that "people on East look like Chinese, people on West look like Arab, people on North look like maybe White and people in South look like Africa"...////...
