Moscow, Jan 18 (Reporter) Russian air defences are repelling a Ukrainian attack on the Tula Region, a fuel tank caught fire, Governor Dmitry Milyayev said. "This night, the Tula Region was attacked by the Kiev regime. The air defense forces of the Russian Defence Ministry on duty are working.
