Mumbai, July 24 (Reporter) The Rupee on Wednesday further weaken by two paise to close at 83.71, a record low against USD on brisk demand for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign exchange said. No high oscillation was seen during the session, as the domestic unit opened flat at 83.69 and finished at 83.71, declining 2 paise as compared to the previous close.
