Rupee opens flat at 84.39 against USD

Mumbai, Nov 12 (Reporter) The Rupee on Tuesday was seen almost steady at 84.39, rising one paisa in opening session as selling of Dollars by bankers, dealers at the Forex Market said. The local unit was seen improved owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding market in opening session, traders informed.
