Mumbai, June 5 (Reporter) Erasing Tuesday losses, the rupee on Wednesday jumped nine paise to 83.45 against USD in the opening session on the fresh selling of US dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said. The domestic unit, which tumbled 39 paise on Tuesday, quite improved because of the weak dollar against other world currencies. Even positive openings in the stock market boosted the same.
