Mumbai, Sep 13 (Reporter) The Rupee on Friday advanced 9 paise to close at 83.89 against USD on selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the foreign exchange said.
No major fluctuation was seen during the session, as the local unit moved up 6 paise at 83.92 in opening session and finished at 83.89, surging 9 paise
as compared to its previous close.
