Mumbai, Sep 11 (Reporter) The Rupee on Wednesday ended almost steady at 83.97, rising one paisa against USD on selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign exchange said. No major fluctuation was seen during the session, as the local unit moved up 2 paise at 83.96 in opening session and finished at 83.97, advancing one paisa as compared to its previous close.
