Mumbai, Oct 31 (Reporter) The Rupee on Thursday ended record low at 84.09, fell 2 paise against USD following outflow from the equity market, dealers at the foreign exchange said. NO major oscillation was seen during the day, as the local unit improved one paisa at 84.08 in early trade and finished at 84.09, declining 2 paise as compared to its previous close.
