Mumbai, Jul 23 (Reporter) The Rupee on Tuesday ended at a record low at 83.69 easing two paise against the USD as the government's proposal to hike tax rate on capital gains in the union budget, was announced. Brisk demand for the US Dollar by bankers and importers too impacted the same, dealers at the Foreign exchange said. No high fluctuation was seen during the session, as the domestic unit improved 4 paise at 83.63 in the opening session and finished at 83.69, declining 2 paise as compared to the previous close.
