Hoshiarpur (Punjab), Mar 26 (Reporter) A 33-year-old woman and her 6-year-old daughter died on the spot, while her husband was injured, when their motorbike, on which they were returning from the Holi fair at Dera Baba Vadbhag Singh in the village of Mairi, district Una (Himachal Pradesh) was hit by a speeding Tipper near village Kamluh on the Hajipur-Mukerian road. According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Muskan (33) and her daughter Harman (6), both of Bahupur in the Gurdaspur district. Muskan's husband, Ravi Kumar, sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the Civil Hospital in Mukerian, authorities added on Tuesday. Following the accident, the Tipper driver fled the scene, abandoning the vehicle at the accident spot. The bodies of the deceased have been sent to the Civil Hospital in Mukerian for postmortem examinations.
