Chandigarh, Dec 13 (Reporter) In a major breakthrough, Punjab Police has disrupted Pakistan-ISI backed terror-module run by Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) operative Harvinder Rinda and Harpreet Singh alias Happy Passia and executed by foreign-based Gangster Gurdev Singh alias Jaisel alias Pehalwan, a native of village Chambal in Tarn Taran district. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said on X on Friday that working on the intelligence input, Jashandeep Singh of Amritsar and another person (juvenile) have been arrested. He said that during interrogation, they revealed that they have placed IED at Police Station Ajnala on November 23 and carried out other attacks. Police has recovered 2 hand grenades and one pistol along with ammunition and one motorcycle from the apprehended accused. An FIR has been registered at SSOC Amritsar.
