Gurdaspur, Oct 18 (Reporter) In a major breakthrough against trans-border smuggling networks, Counter Intelligence (CI) Pathankot, in a joint operation with Gurdaspur Police, has arrested 1 person and seized 1.4 kg heroin. Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav said today that the arrested person was in contact with Pakistan-based operatives using drones to smuggle drugs into India. More arrests are likely.
