Chandigarh, Dec 13 (Reporter) Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday allowed Actor-Singer Diljeet Dosanjh's concert at Sector 34 Exhibition ground on Saturday. A Bench comprising Chief Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Anil Khetrapal, while hearing a PIL, directed the organisers to maintain sound at the boundary of the place where the event is being held, to a maximum level of 75db. The PIL was filed requesting to pass directions to Chandigarh administration for adequate traffic management, crowd control and security measures. Chandigarh Administration told the court that in future no permission will be given for such an event in Sector 34. However as regards to the events scheduled this month, the petitioner has made a representation at the fag end. Tickets for the concert were already sold. The UT Administration also told the court that the traffic management was being taken care of and 2400 policemen would be deployed.
