Phagwara, Apr 11 (Reporter) The Punjab government has suspended the Civil Surgeon Kapurthala, Richa Bhatia, with immediate effect, for her arrogant behaviour and misconduct with the staff. Official orders were signed by Principal Secretary Health Rahul Kumar, IAS, and sent to all concerned, including Director Health Services today. She has been asked to report to the Chandigarh Head Quarters immediately. It may be mentioned here that the entire clerical staff was demonstrating against the arrogant behaviour of the Civil Surgeon.
