Punjab Blast : Bittu demands independent inquiry by central agencies

Chandigarh, Apr 08 (Reporter) Alleging that a particular political party was being targeted, Minister of State for Railways, Ravneet Singh Bittu on Tuesday demanded an independent and time-bound inquiry by central agencies into the blast outside BJP leader and former minister Manoranjan Kalia's residence. Bittu took to social media to inform that he reached Jalandhar to inquire about the well being of Kalia. He alleged that the law and order situation in Punjab was deteriorating rapidly with alarming instances of selective targeting of a particular political party. "We strongly condemn this cowardly attack and demand an independent and time-bound inquiry by central agencies to bring the culprits to justice," he said...////...
