Phagwara, Apr 10 (Reporter) A migrant woman from Bihar, identified as Reena, allegedly died by suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling in her house in village Gaunspur near Phagwara on Wednesday night, police said. Domestic quarrel between the husband and wife was said to be the cause of suicide, the police said. Jatinder Kumar, son of the deceased woman, told the police that his father, Gobind Muni, was repeatedly torturing his mother physically and mentally. On the complaint lodged by the son, police have registered a case against Gobind (husband of the deceased) who is absconding.
