Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that just as a mother nurtures and nourishes her children with unconditional love, the joy of providing laptops to talented students in the state is indescribable. It is a lifelong memorable experience. He emphasized that just as all family members have equal rights over shared resources, every citizen, including the weakest sections of society, has a rightful claim over government resources.
Providing laptops to meritorious students will enhance their talents, strengthening the state’s bright future. Addressing a state-level event at the Academy of Administration, Dr. Yadav announced the transfer of Rs 224 crore for 89,710 meritorious students. The amount was directly credited to students' bank accounts with a single click.
Dr. Yadav urged students to use the Rs 25,000 grant exclusively for purchasing laptops and instructed them to submit their purchase receipts at their respective schools.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp and praying to Goddess Saraswati. He was welcomed with a sapling as a symbol of prosperity. During the event, Dr. Yadav interacted with students and encouraged them through his speech.
