New Delhi, Mar 8 (Reporter) President Droupadi Murmu on Friday nominated educator, author and philanthropist Sudha Murty to the Rajya Sabha. This was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a post on social media platform 'X' (formerly Twitter). Modi said, "Her presence in the Rajya Sabha is a powerful testament to our 'Nari Shakti". "I am delighted that the President of India has nominated @SmtSudhaMurty Ji to the Rajya Sabha.
