Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan has said that polling teams have left for the polling stations in the 8 Lok Sabha parliamentary constituencies where voting is being conducted on May 13, Sunday with material. In view of the heat for the fourth and last phase of voting in the state for Lok Sabha elections-2024, shade, water, coolers, fans, medicines as well as mini ICUs for emergency treatment were also established at the polling material distribution sites. Medical kits containing essential medicines have also been given to all the members of the polling party. Arrangements were also made to distribute breakfast, mango pana and buttermilk to the polling personnel at the material distribution site.
