Polling team sets off with material

Re-polling will be held at four polling stations falling under Multai assembly constituency of Betul Lok Sabha constituency on May 10. The polling teams left with the materials on May 9. It may be noted that the bus returning after voting on May 7 was the victim of a fire accident. Information about the incident was sent to the office of the Chief Electoral Officer by the Collector and District Election Officer, Betul. The Commission was informed about the incident by the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer immediately after receiving the information. Orders were issued by the Election Commission of India for re-polling to be conducted in four polling stations falling under Multai Assembly Constituency 129 under Betul Lok Sabha constituency which include polling station number 275-Rajapur, no. 276-Dudar Raiyat, no. 279-Kunda Raiyat and No. 280-Chikhlimal on 10 May 2024 (Friday). Voting will take place from 7 am to 6 pm. The process of mock poll will start at 5:30 am. In re-polling, indelible ink will be applied on the middle finger of the left hand of the voter.
