Jammu, Mar 9 (Reporter) Police have arrested a 20-year-old youth for murdering his brother over a domestic dispute in the Domana area in the city outskirts. Police said that on the intervening night of March 8-9, one Mukesh Kumar (23), son of Kamal Lal, a resident of Smailpur, Domana, was murdered by his brother, Anil Kumar, over a domestic dispute.
