Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav during his visit to Mandla announced a series of significant developments. He pledged Rs. 6 crore for the enhancement of the Gwara airstrip and revealed that the PM SHRI air service would soon commence from Mandla. In addition, he unveiled plans to introduce postgraduate courses at Bamhani College and elevate Bamhani from Sub Tehsil to Tehsil status. Dr. Yadav also announced that, in addition to the existing wheat bonus, a similar bonus would be introduced for paddy purchases and milk producers. These announcements were made during the Raksha Bandhan cum Shravan Utsav programme held in Bamhani, Mandla district.
