New Delhi, Feb 28 (Reporter) Prime Minister Narendra Modi and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen held talks here today to strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership. Earlier, PM Modi warmly welcomed the visiting European Commission President to Hyderabad House for the talks.
