Prayagraj, Nov 3 (Reporter) Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Sunday said that the people of UP who have suffered from the hooliganism during the rule of Samajwadi Party (SP) do not want the presence of its government in the state again. While giving the mantra of victory to the workers present at the booth-level workers conference organised in Sahason for the Phulpur assembly by-election of Bharatiya Janata Party (Gangapar), the Deputy CM said that the people of the state do not want the hooliganism of SP government to rule again. He said that during the rule of SP, hooligans, mafia, and rioters were dominant due to which people were troubled. He said, "Today all the rioters, mafia, hooligans have either reformed or are in jail. Their masters are in jail or have gone to God." Maurya said that this election is not an ordinary election but a semi-final election of 2027. "In the Lok Sabha elections, due to the false propaganda, people were lured by the slogan that the Constitution is in danger, prepared with a bundle of lies, by the assurance of crediting Rs 1,000 to every woman's account every month, they certainly got some seats and they swelled up like a balloon. Now the balloon needs to burst and this work is going to be done by the BJP workers again," he said. He said that from 2014 to 2024, a slogan of the BJP 'If the booth wins, then the election wins' has always been used. He said that the workers influenced by the policies of the BJP have worked to form a double-engine government led by Modi at the centre and Yogi in the state by ensuring victory in the elections from 2014 to 2024. The Deputy CM claimed that in the by-election of Phulpur Assembly to be held on November 13, the workers will make the lotus of victory bloom on their own strength. He said that more development is visible in the government before 2014 and 2017 as compared to the current government. He said that three crore people have received Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana so far and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided that now no person will remain without a home. "Not only the houses, toilets will also be provided along with the house," he said. Maurya said that along with the house, Ayushman Bharat card also provides free treatment up to RS 5 lakh and free ration is also being provided under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. "Every household in the state is getting the benefit of some or the other scheme of the government. Now the double engine government is working rapidly to provide tap water to every household," he said...////...
