Chandigarh, Jan 23 (Reporter) Congress leader and former Union Minister Kumari Selja said on Tuesday that the success of Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra and the gathering of people has intimidated the Assam government, which is creating obstacles to halt the outreach programme.
