Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan has ordered the state government to issue immediate transfer orders of three officers. Shri Rajan has given instructions to immediately transfer Additional Commissioner Finance Shri Gunwant Sewatkar who has been posted in Bhopal Municipal Corporation since 2020 and Shri Vinod Kumar Srivastava, Sub-Divisional Officer, Public Works Department, posted in Bhopal district, who is the elder brother of Shri Arun Kumar Srivastava, the Indian National Congress candidate from Bhopal parliamentary constituency and Shri Hans Kumar Jhinjhor police station in-charge, traffic district Burhanpur, to transfer him immediately due to his posting in the district for more than 6 years.
