Police sources said that based on information, the police raided a house in Sheikhpur Aashiq village, busted an illegal firecracker factory running there, and recovered 153 kg 800 explosive materials. "Police also recovered nine cartons of sparklers, one sack of firecrackers and two sacks of wrappers. Police have arrested accused Mohammad Mustaqim in this case," they said. Police sources said that the accused were making firecrackers and sparklers for the upcoming Barawafat, Dussehra, and Deepawali festivals, in which Mustaqim alias Chanda was arrested from the spot and Mursalim escaped from the spot.
