Srinagar, Oct 11 (Reporter) National Conference leader Omar Abdullah on Friday evening staked claim to form government at a meeting with Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha.
The Chief Minister-designate handed over letters of support to the Lt Governor.
Talking to a select group of reporters Omar said he met the Lieutenant Governor and during the meeting, he submitted the letters of support from the National Conference, Congress, CPM, AAP, and the independents.

On Thursday, Omar Abdullah was unanimously elected as Legislature Party Leader (LPL) by NC.
