Nitish dedicates Digha-Didarganj road of JP Ganga path

Patna, Apr 10 (Reporter) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar dedicated the newly constructed Digha-Didarganj road, a part of the JP Ganga path. While dedicating the road here on Thursday, Kumar said that the 20.5 Km long roads would provide better connectivity to Biharsharif, Mokama, Begusarai, and other areas of Patna. The Road Construction Department has constructed the JP Ganga path between Digha to Didarganj along the river Ganga at an expenditure of Rs 3831 crore. In view of its utility, it has been connected at various points in the state capital. Apart from this, the Chief Minister during his Pragati Yatra had announced for the extension of the JP Ganga Path from Didarganj to Fatuha Bakhtiyarpur, Barh, and Mokama on the Eastern side and from Bihta to Koilwar in the Western side. The department was constructing the extended road. The Chief Minister later inspected the under-construction 6 Lane Green Field bridge and approach Road on the river Ganga and instructed the authorities to accelerate the construction work to complete the project within the stipulated period. He also asked to maintain the quality of construction of the six-lane green field Bridge, which will provide better connectivity in North Bihar...////...
