Patna, Jan 16 (Reporter) Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi said that Nitish Kumar is Chief Minister at the mercy of the RJD party of 78 MLs, and Lalu Prasad can remove him whenever he wishes to make his son the Chief Minister, which was the actual deal between the duo.
