Chennai, Apr 3 (Reporter) The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), an apex real estate body that works under the aegis of the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has launched its Tamil Nadu chapter to promote sustainable growth and development in the real estate sector of the region. Led by Mr. Gnanasehar as President, along with a team of dedicated professionals, the newly elected body is poised to spearhead initiatives that will drive innovation, promote best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance within the real estate industry, a press release here on Wednesday said. Mr. G Hari Babu, National President of NAREDCO said the formation of NAREDCO Tamil Nadu Chapter underscores our commitment to cater to the diverse needs and challenges of the real estate sector at the regional level. The newly elected body has Mr.Gnanasehar as President, Mr. V. Shankar as the General Secretary. Mr. GR Venkatesh as Executive Vice President, and Mr.Vijay Reddy as the Treasurer.
