MP Government Stands with Farmers, Will Ensure No Losses : CM Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav assured farmers in Madhya Pradesh that the state government will ensure they do not suffer any losses. He visited Khadi village in Polaykalan Tehsil, Shajapur district, on Thursday to assess the damage in the soybean crop caused by various factors and directed a statewide survey of all affected fields. CM Dr. Yadav instructed the Shajapur Collector and all district collectors to conduct this survey. Also present were Minister for Farmer Welfare and Agricultural Development Shri Edal Singh Kansana, MLA Shri Ghanshyam Chandravanshi, Shri Arun Bhimavad, Zilla Panchayat Chairman Shri Hemraj Singh Sisodia and Dr. Ravi Pandey. At a farmers’ gathering, CM Dr. Yadav stated that all losses caused by insufficient rainfall and pest attacks will be thoroughly surveyed, and farmers will be fully compensated. He emphasised that central and state governments are continuously working to improve farmers’ livelihoods.
