MP: Devastating fire engulfs over a dozen homes in Panna

Panna, May 4 (Reporter) A massive fire broke out on Saturday night in Ramnagar village of Panna district in Madhya Pradesh, reducing over a dozen homes to ashes. The fire spread rapidly due to strong winds, engulfing several houses and destroying household belongings and crops. Fortunately, the villagers managed to escape, but their homes and livelihoods have been severely affected. The District Magistrate of Panna Suresh Kumar visited the site to oversee relief efforts and meet with the affected families. BJP state president and local MP VD Sharma expressed condolences over the incident, stating that it was heart-wrenching to see the devastation in Ramnagar village. He directed the administration to initiate immediate relief efforts and provide essential supplies to the victims. Sharma also discussed the matter with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, seeking compensation for the affected families.
