Jalandhar, July 8 (Reporter) Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday attacked the Congress party, Akali Dal and BJP. Addressing public meetings on the last day of the campaign for Jalandhar west by-poll for AAP candidate Mohinder Bhagat, he said that the parties like Congress and Akali Dal and their leaders like Sukhbir Badal cannot compete against them. "We are hard-working and honest people, whereas they come out of their houses after asking the temperature and go inside their houses after doing formality," he said. In his attack on Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Badal, Mann said that the condition of Akali Dal Badal has become so bad that Sukhbir Badal is withdrawing support from his candidate and asking people to vote for the BSP. He claimed that Akali Dal has become zero in Punjab. Mann said that AAP leaders are from common families, and they stay among people and work for them. He further said that Arvind Kejriwal is in jail under a false case. "Let's win this election for him and give him something to smile about while he is in jail fighting against the dictators," he said. He further said that the AAP government is the government of every section and every community, everyday he meets thousands of people from all backgrounds. He said that he will ensure that everyone gets respect, and their works are being done. He also said that Jalandhar being his 'Karambhoomi', he will sign and pass everything related to its development. Mann urged people to support and vote for Mohinder Bhagat on July 10. "God does everything for the betterment of the people, that is why a corrupt person resigned on his own and now Jalandhar will get an honest MLA.
