Imphal, Mar 18 (Reporter) A man identified as Martin Pratinlen Kilong of Part-I Sijang Veng Unit-I, Tengnoupal District, was held with drugs from Kuljang Village under Molcham-PS, Chandel District, in an operation by security forces during the last two days.
