Pune, June 9 (Reporter) The Vidyaniketan Education Trust on Monday launched the Kalpana Chawla Space Academy here. Speaking at inauguration ceremony, Bharat Bhushan Joshi, a retired scientist of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), said that no matter how advanced science has become, only five percent of the total information of the universe has been made available to humans till date. In the coming period, it is the job of young scientists to bring the remaining information to light, there is a huge scope for the youth for this, he noted. Not everyone has to become an astronaut like Kalpana Chawla, but one can contribute to the progress of humanity in any role such as an engineer, scientist, artist, he added. Joshi advised students that to be successful in life, they should have a vision backed by continuous efforts.
