Satara, June 8 (Reporter) A man and his 12-year-old daughter were killed after a tempo rammed their two-wheeler from behind on Pune-Bangalore national highway at Nagthane in Satara tehsil of the district on Sunday. According to sources in Borgaon police, the father-daughter duo was on way to Nagthane on a two-wheeler, when a speeding tempo vigorously hit their two-wheeler from behind. In this incident, the father and his daughter were seriously injured and admitted to a hospital but they succumbed during treatment. The deceased have been identified as Ibrahim Hasan Sheikh (38) and his daughter Mehak (12), residents of Khed tehsil in Pune district.
