Bhopal, May 16 (Reporter) Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda on Friday claimed his statement regarding the army and soldiers were "misinterpreted" and presented in a "distorted" manner. In a video message, Devda said his speech at the Civil Defence volunteer training programme in Jabalpur was taken out of context. He claimed that he had said that the bravery shown by the army's brave soldiers in Operation Sindoor against terrorists was commendable, and the entire country was paying homage to them. Devda stated his intention was to pay tribute to the soldiers who defend the country, and not to offend anyone. He announced that he would take legal action against those who "misrepresented" his statement...////...
