New Delhi, Jan 6 (Reporter) Two-wheeler firm LML on Monday said that it has received CMVR certification for its electric scooter LML Star.
The certification validates the LML Star’s compliance with quality and safety standards.
Central Motor Vehicle Rules or CMVR certification is a type approval certificate that verifies that a vehicle or component meets the regulatory requirements.
The company is gearing up to bring its electric scooter to the markets this year.
LML said that its electric scooter has a range of 203 km per charge and a peak power output of 5.87 kW, delivering a smooth ride at a top speed of 90 km per hour.
"These specifications make it a promising choice for Indian consumers seeking eco-friendly and performance-driven alternatives to traditional two-wheelers," LML said in a media release.
Gurugram-headquartered LML is eyeing a strong comeback in the two-wheeler space, starting with the Indian market by launching its first electric two-wheeler.
