"Over the past ten years, there has been an unprecedented rise in violence against tribal and Dalit communities, the state BJP President said in a message "The brutal assault of Shiju, a tribal youth from Attappadi who was stripped, tied to an electric pole, and beaten, is just the latest in a string of atrocities."
