Kuwait City, Jan 26 (Reporter) Kuwait's State Security Agency has detained three people of Arab nationality, accused of association with a terrorist organisation to launch an attack on a Shiite place of worship, Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported Thursday, citing the country's interior ministry. The suspects have been detained as the country's security agency had acted on surveillance and security tips, the report said. As a result, an attempt by a terror cell to launch the attack has been aborted, KUNA reports. The suspects have been handed over to the Kuwaiti Public Prosecution for further legal actions against them, the report said.
