New Delhi, Mar 18 (Reporter) Ahead of state assembly elections later this year, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday appointed Rajesh Kumar as Bihar Congress chief with immediate effect. Rajesh Kumar has replaced Akhilesh Prasad Singh as the new party chief of Bihar.
