K Reddy slams CM Reddy, calls for immediate release of pending dues

Hyderabad, Feb 25 (Reporter) Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy has issued a scathing open letter to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, criticising his government’s failure to address the financial woes of employees, teachers, pensioners, and students. Accusing the Congress-led government of incompetence, he described the 14-month rule as "unsatisfactory" and alleged that the administration had pushed employees into financial distress by withholding DA, GPF, and retirement benefits. Kishan Reddy questioned the fairness of delaying essential payments, stating that the government's actions have subjected employees to immense mental strain. He condemned the imposition of financial ceilings on routine bill payments and labelled the government's approach toward college management as "exploitative." He further criticised the non-payment of Rs 7,500 crore in fee reimbursement dues, which has left educational institutions struggling to function. The BJP leader also slammed the Congress for failing to fulfill its promise of unemployment benefits, leaving youth with pending arrears of Rs 56,000 over the last 14 months. He demanded that the government immediately release these arrears and clear all pending dues before seeking votes in the upcoming MLC elections. Kishan Reddy warned that graduates, employees, teachers, and pensioners would not be swayed by false promises and deceptive assurances.
