Jammu, Mar 22 (Reporter) Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker, Abdul Rahim Rather, on Saturday announced formation of a House Committee to probe the alleged irregularities in implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the state.
