Jammu, Sep 29 (Reporter)A wreath-laying ceremony was held at Gulshan Ground on Sunday evening to pay floral tributes to J&K Police Head Constable Bashir Ahmed who attained martyrdom fighting against terrorists in Billawar tehsil of Kathua district. Nalin Prabhat, Director General of Police, Operations and Security J&K, Police officers, colleagues, and family members paid rich tributes and laid floral wreaths on the mortal remains of the martyr.
