Srinagar, Oct 2 (Reporter) Srinagar-based Chinar Corps General Officer Commanding (GOC) Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai on Wednesday called on Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bahwan here and discussed the prevailing security situation.
