Srinagar, Nov 4 (Reporter) The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly witnessed ruckus on the very first day after the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Member Legislative Assembly Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra proposed the house to pass a resolution against the abrogation of Article 370 on Monday. The PDP legislator Parra speaking in the House after the election of Speaker was conducted, requested the Legislative Assembly to pass a resolution seeking the restoration of Article 370 to Jammu and Kashmir. "I request the Assembly to pass a resolution for the restoration of Article 370," Waheed said while also handing over PDP's resolution to the Speaker. As the PDP MLA Para was speaking, the BJP legislators stood up and urged the Speaker to expunge Waheed’s words as it was against the rules.
